1920

Creation of the Delacroix company.

1947

Creation of the LANDANGER company, first french manufacturer of surgical instruments to distribute directly its own production.

1976

First french manufacturer of surgical instruments to guarantee its instruments for 5 years.

1979

First surgical instruments manufacturer to put manufacturing date on its instruments.

1983

Merge of the Delacroix and Chevalier companies. Creation of the Delacroix-Chevalier company.

1988

First manufacturer to laser mark its surgical instruments.

2005

Acquisition of Delacroix-Chevalier by LANDANGER.

 

2006

First manufacturer to offer standard traceability (Datamatrix EAN128) on each of its surgical instruments.

2008

Collaboration with Pr Obadia for the creation of a surgical kit dedicated to Video Assisted Heart Valve Surgery

2010

Development of the Dr. Navarro thoracic Retractor and of the Dr. Petrella Circular Clamp.

2011

Launch of a complete range dedicated to Minimally Invasive Surgery.

2012

Creation of the Dr Gossot Instruments Kit : Video Asisted and Thoracoscopic Major Pulmonary Procedures.
